Having looked critically at five sites from the UK and five from the USA using the same search terms of: internet business opportunities, it appears that on both sides of the Pond the quality and credibility of the sites is surprisingly very high. Although one of the sites was clearly a landing page for quick earnings for the owners, others offered a lot of information to the researcher or bone-fide business opportunities for sale.

Drop shipping allows you to sell a product without the expense of keeping stock. You sell on behalf of the stock holder, taking a commission when you sell through your web site. It is a relatively risk free business, but you may have to deal with customer queries. Furthermore, you will make no sales unless you can optimise your own web site for search engines like Google.

Many Internet business opportunities found on the web appear to be capable of making profits – some may make more than others. What many of the business opportunities do not highlight is that they will only work if your customers are able to find your site when searching for the goods or services that you sell. Ensuring this happens can take a substantial investment in both your time and your financial resources.
